Co-founder of Liveminds. I love to bring like-minded people together. Whether that's growing businesses, running online communities, staging events or captaining my village cricket team, nothing makes me happier than seeing people with a shared passion, coming together and making the most of it.

I'm showing how ‘Behavioural Recruitment is leading research into the social age’ with Tom Woodnutt, Feeling Mutual, at IIeX EU on Tuesday 20th February 2018 at 9:40am.

Accessing quality and representative participants is the single biggest challenge for researchers and clients (GRIT Report 2017). To explore this, Liveminds conducted Research on Recruitment 2018 - a study with 100 qualitative researchers which revealed some fundamental flaws in traditional recruitment. In this presentation we’ll share the results and explain how Behavioural Recruitment overcomes the challenge.

Come and see how Behavioural recruitment taps into the unparalleled data of social networks to provide fresh participants based on real, not just claimed behaviour. The presentation includes a case study about the The Box Plus Network (the UK’s biggest broadcaster of music videos). It illustrates how behavioural recruitment and behavioural psychology enabled them to truly understand an authentic Generation Z audience.

The IIeX Europe programme promises to be an innovative, disruptive and thought-provoking few days - if you’re attending and would like to meet up, please do get in touch.
