Co-founder of Liveminds. I love to bring like-minded people together. Whether that's growing businesses, running online communities, staging events or captaining my village cricket team, nothing makes me happier than seeing people with a shared passion, coming together and making the most of it.

The latest industry GRIT report shows that clients and suppliers consider 'being able to trust the results' and 'sample/panel quality' as the most important factors in research study design. When planning your ideal research project, you need to ensure that you’re really talking to the right people. After all, you can't trust your results if you know your participant recruitment is wrong.

Fresh participants, not repeat respondents

Behavioural Recruitment allows you to request fresh participants who genuinely match the behaviours, interests and demographics that make them perfect for each project rather than repeatedly going back to the same respondents.

Global reach 100X greater than the biggest research panels

Behavioural Recruitment, powered by Facebook, has a global reach that’s more than 100X greater than the biggest panels. We’ve used this approach to recruit thousands of fresh participants, and we can target two billion people in 190+ countries worldwide.

Matching demographic criteria

As you’d expect, we can easily find people in specific age ranges or in countries of interest, but we can also approach people based on demographic criteria such as education, employment, household and lifestyle information.

Matching real consumer behaviours

Facebook understands you better than your best friend does by compiling a picture of your behaviour based on 98 different data points from four rich sources:

  1. Your behaviour on Facebook — This includes the pages you ‘like’ and the ads you click.
  2. Your activity on nearly every other website you visit — Facebook learns much of your browsing behaviour by tracking every time you load a page with a ‘like’ or ‘share’ button.
  3. Your offline behaviour — Facebook has partnered with data providers such as Acxiom, Datalogix, Epsilon, Experian and Quantium to learn more about what you do and buy offline.
  4. Your location — Facebook knows your IP address and where you access Facebook from using your phone’s GPS and location services.

Our recruitment app works in combination with Facebook’s hyper-targeted advertising and our 3-step screening process to deliver fully qualified, representative research participants.

Recruiting participants for any research project

Although we have our own excellent online qual research platform, we’re experienced at recruiting participants for any kind of research project. Whether it’s online, one-to-one, product testing, UX or focus groups — whatever the methodology or objective — we find the right people for your unique project.

Enthusiastic, engaged participants

If you have repeat respondents in your group, you run the risk of getting conditioned responses rather than real opinions. Using Behavioural Recruitment ensures that your participants will be enthusiastic and fully engaged in your online or face-to-face projects. People really want to take part in one-off projects talking about subjects they’re interested in. You can see how much previous participants have enjoyed taking part in research by reading their reviews on our Facebook page.

I had the pleasure of participating in a market research project and I was very impressed with the whole process. The questions were great and the project managers were interested in the answers. The app was very easy to use and the email support was also fast and very friendly if I had any other questions. If you are looking for someone to conduct true, engaging market research with your demographic, I would not hesitate to recommend Liveminds. From a participant's point of view, it was great, it didn't take long each day to answer the questions and they really cared about what I had to say. Rebecca Wood, Participant
Recently was a part of a voice technology project with Liveminds. Everything went smoothly, with the utmost professionalism. I really enjoyed the project, the questions were interesting and I feel like I learned a lot about voice tech. The second phase of the project was also great, had a wonderful time at the focus group and everything was communicated very quickly. Ash Hudson, Participant
I had a great time taking part one of the Liveminds projects! It was great to engage with other people as well as explore and express my thoughts on new upcoming gadgets and gizmos. I would highly recommend, pleasant contributors and proud to be chosen to take part of… Iona Levy, Participant
I have recently participated in a piece of research about crafts, something I am passionate about. The survey was very interesting and the questions really made me think about my crafts in a different way. I really enjoyed this project and would recommend anyone to join in! Thumbs up guys. Becky Shaw, Participant
Over the weekend I completed the Sports Viewing research survey. It was genuinely interesting to learn and document how I viewed sport and provide feedback on that to the team who are all very friendly and helpful. Questions & answers were concise and helpful. Would recommend to all… Ian Pendlebury, Participant
